Managing Director

1. Background & Experience

With over 14 years of leadership experience in MEP contracts, he has successfully transformed Techsol Engineers into a profitable, high-growth company achieving a consistent CAGR of over 25%. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has delivered 200+ engineering projects and collaborated with 20+ global leaders in advancing business and infrastructure initiatives across India.

He has also conducted over 50 technical training programs, enhancing knowledge and capability among customers and industry professionals.

2. Education

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical & Electrical contracts, along with certifications in leadership and project management relevant to large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.

3. Current Role

Currently serving as the Managing Director at CGS Energy Pvt. Ltd., he oversees strategic growth, business development, and operational excellence. He focuses on delivering high-quality MEP projects, fostering innovation, and building long-term partnerships with global technology leaders.

Chakrapani PV

Director

1. Background & Experience

With 27 years of experience across Industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Process, Power, Energy, Automotive & Hydrogen Chakrapani has gained knowledge and expertise in various systems & packages such as Rotating Equipments, Lubrication systems, Vibration monitoring systems, Pollution Control, Heating & Cooling systems, Surface treatment, Diesel Engines, BLDC Motors, Fuel cells, Electrolysers and Storage devices.

His achievements include indigenous development of multistage centrifugal pumps, development of high energy pumps, energy management concepts, Hydrogen and Fuel cell development for various applications. He has served active roles in Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, Product development and Business development roles in companies such Flowserve, ITT, Thermax, Simpson and Safe Energy.

3. Current Role

As a Co-founder and Director of CGS Energy Pvt Ltd, Chakrapani leads the functional role of Developer for Green Hydrogen & Derivatives such as Green Ammonia, Green Methanol and Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects. He also undertakes the role of Strategic alliance for Technology across all Sustainable concepts from Global players and establishes project development team, partnership with clients, collaboration with supply chain and market opportunities with customers. Additionally, Chakrapani also leads the role of identifying potential opportunities in Solar EPC, BESS, ESS, EV, Fuel cell Electric vehicles, Decarbonisation and Energy Transition domain.

Pritam Moharana

Chief Business Officer

1. Background & Experience

With over 23 years of global experience, Pritam Moharana has demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Contract Management across the Renewable Energy, Power, and Hydrogen sectors. He has successfully led international teams, developed large-scale business strategies, and managed commercial operations for global OEMs and startups alike.

His leadership roles at Ohmium, AEG Power Solutions (UK), Schneider Electric (UK), Curtiss Wright (UK), Ohmium International, and YAAI Green Energy reflect his strong background in driving growth, partnerships, and operational excellence.

Currently serving as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at CGS Energy Pvt. He oversees revenue growth, commercial operations, and cross-functional alignment while mentoring high-performing teams to achieve long-term organizational goals.

A Chartered Accountant by Profession and an executive Alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Ganesh has been working with businesses across geographies and has over two decades of experience on various matters of business models, governance, finance and tax matters.

Having served top consulting firms spanning various geographies including India, UK and Malaysia, Ganesh brings on board significant experience in the areas of governance, strategic growth levers and financial matters.
