With over 14 years of leadership experience in MEP contracts, he has successfully transformed Techsol Engineers into a profitable, high-growth company achieving a consistent CAGR of over 25%.
Under his leadership, the company has delivered 200+ engineering projects and collaborated with 20+ global leaders across India.
He has also conducted over 50 technical training programs for customers and industry professionals.

Currently serving as Managing Director at CGS Energy Pvt. Ltd., overseeing strategic growth, business development, innovation, and operational excellence.
Chakrapani PV
1. Background & Experience
With 27 years of experience across Industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Process, Power, Energy, Automotive & Hydrogen, Chakrapani has gained knowledge and expertise in various systems & packages such as Rotating Equipments, Lubrication Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems, Pollution Control, Heating & Cooling Systems, Surface Treatment, Diesel Engines, BLDC Motors, Fuel Cells, Electrolysers and Storage Devices.
His achievements include indigenous development of multistage centrifugal pumps, development of high energy pumps, energy management concepts, Hydrogen and Fuel Cell development for various applications.
He has served active roles in Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Business Development in companies such as Flowserve, ITT, Thermax, Simpson and Safe Energy.

3. Current Role
As a Co-founder and Director of CGS Energy Pvt Ltd, Chakrapani leads the functional role of Developer for Green Hydrogen & Derivatives such as Green Ammonia, Green Methanol and Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects.
He also undertakes the role of Strategic Alliance for Technology across all Sustainable concepts from Global players and establishes project development teams, partnerships with clients, collaboration with supply chains and market opportunities with customers.
Additionally, Chakrapani leads the identification of opportunities in Solar EPC, BESS, ESS, EV, Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles, Decarbonisation and Energy Transition domains.
Dr. Raja Munusamy
1. Background & Experience
Professional experience of 36 years in Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology and 20 years of Automotive Power Train Technologies. With expertise in Fuel Cell Systems, Li-ion Battery Systems and Control Engineering, delivered BEV and FCEV power trains for various vehicles.
Designed and developed Fuel Cell and Battery Electric Cars and Buses. Worked on projects with OEMs for facilitation of commercial exploitation of greener Hydrogen and Electricity.
Created facilities for evaluation of performance of Fuel Cell EV power trains.

Thiyagarajan S
1. Background & Experience
Thiyagarajan brings over 33 years of professional experience in Renewable Energy and Project Construction, with extensive expertise in Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Wind Energy and Solar Power Plant development.
His core strengths include Electrical Engineering, Substation Contracts, Project Development, Land Acquisition, Power Evacuation and Electrical Connectivity across India and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, he has successfully commissioned more than 2,500 MW of Renewable Energy projects, over 100 substations and high-voltage infrastructure up to 400 KV.

As Chief Operating Officer at CGS Energy Pvt. Ltd., Thiyagarajan leads project execution, operational excellence, renewable energy infrastructure development and strategic implementation of sustainable energy initiatives.
He oversees project planning, engineering coordination, stakeholder management and large-scale deployment of clean energy solutions including Green Hydrogen and Renewable Energy projects.
Ganesh Krishnamurthy

A Chartered Accountant by profession and an Executive Alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Ganesh has been working with businesses across geographies and possesses over two decades of experience in business models, governance, finance and taxation matters.
Having served leading consulting firms across India, the United Kingdom and Malaysia, Ganesh brings significant expertise in governance frameworks, strategic growth initiatives and financial management.
